"Before the throne of God, the angel, with all the other angels, stood and cried: 'Lord of my life, grant me the strength to tread the path of revelation; to cross the sea of dark illusion, and face the lighted way of earth.' God said: 'Go forth and far away.'

"Before the gate which opens on the lighted way to peace, the angel stood alone and said: 'Lord of my life, the way of revelation is the way of manifested life; the path of dark illusion leads to the light which scatters every shadow. I seek to tread the lighted way which lead back to thy Presence. As yet that way is dark. What shall I do?' God said, 'Draw near and enter into thine own light, and in that light, see Light.'

"Before the gateway of each newborn day, which holds within its sealed hours ordered responsibility, each morn I stand. I cry aloud: 'Lord of my life, how can I do the duty of this day and seek detachment? Meet every need and yet free myself from ties and bonds?' God said: 'The sun draws near and vivifies the earth. Naught can it take from out the earth. Live likewise. Give and ask naught!'"

The Present State of Reality

When I talk about the Christ and his disciples or intelligent life in the universe including life in other planets within our solar system people say that I need a reality check. Most people are only able to believe what they see with their own eyes or what they can touch with their own hands. It is good to have a certain level of healthy scepticism.

If someone said that they saw an UFO, some people will discount it as a conventional aircraft, a weather balloon or some light aberration. If I told them that the Christ is in the world and that I have met him they will think I must be mad. There are also people at the other extreme who believe everything they see or hear including their dreams and feel that they are being abducted and experimented on by aliens every night as they sleep.

What the people in both groups are lacking is the power of discrimination, the power to separate fantasy from reality. Some people are quite happy to believe that is coming from an established church as true. Some people believe that they will be living in heaven after death. They will find it hard to believe that they will only be going to spirit world after death and Jesus is living here on earth. If you told them that both hell and heaven are states of mind and not places and everyone has to incarnate back on earth they will not believe that. We all like to believe in a heaven after death.

If I was not familiar with the story of Maitreya's appearance and somebody told me that Christ was in the world I would think this person must be mad to believe in such an unlikely story. He is only due to come at the end of the world when the earth is breaking up into pieces and he will save the believers and allow the rest to die, and the end has not come yet. Because I am familiar with the story and I have met Maitreya I can tell others about it. People who hear the story likely to treat me in same way I would have treated them if I did not know the story. I believe it 100% that Christ is in the world. If others could consider it as a 5% or even 1% possibility that is good enough for me. They may want to tell others of this 5% or 1% possibility because it is so important to the world.

Scientists say that more than 90% of the matter in the universe is not visible to us. There may be matter on earth and in our solar system, which is not visible to us. This matter does not emit or reflect visible light and some call it dark matter. Still the scientists have not discovered that there may be life, plant, animal, or human life made of this matter and structures and vehicles made of this matter. Humans made of dark matter may be visiting us using UFOs. Esoterists call this matter etheric matter. Until scientists develop etheric vision, which, is a future evolutionary development for mankind dark matter, or life made of dark matter may remain a mystery to us.
